Microwave resonance therapy (MRT) a new nondrug technique, was recently brought into clinical practice. MRT employs exposure of acupuncture points to millimeter waves and was found to be particularly effective in treatment of peptic ulcers. In this study, MRT was used as a monotherapy in 165 patients with an aggravated duodenal ulcer. It was concluded that the effect of MRT occurs via correction of normal production and serum levels of the main gastrointestinal hormones and normalization of function of the gastrointestinal neuroendocrine system. The authors recommend wide introduction of MRT into clinical practice. [BENER 11815]

November 24, 1999 - Dr.S.L.Shah I have read about this mode of treatment in the US. but I am unable to get any information regarding the equipment and proper training facility. I will be highly obliged if you could help me in this regard. If you use this treatment in your practice, please post a reply.

September 14, 1999 - Dr. Pretidev, Director, Centre of Quantum Medicine, Republic of MAURITUS I agree with the fact that microwave resonance therapy is one of the best methods of treating peptic ulcer. A lot of other hardly curable or incurable diseases are being successfully treated with this "white noise" therapy. Only I don't agree with the way Jorgelina Puentes advertises her own apparatus, dated January 30, 1999, at the expense of Professor S.P. Sitko. . Professor S.P. Sitko is well-known for having elaborated the basics of this method of microwave resonance therapy. So, let's give him all the respect and honour needed. If somebody has developed anything starting from there, it's O.K. but let's not forget the contribution of others, be they engineers or doctors or from other professions. Otherwise, I wish everybody success in using the microwave resonance therapy method as it is one of the latest and most effective methods of modern medicine. Thanks. Anybody wanting to contact me for help may do so. My address: 17, Palma Road, La Louise, Quatre Bornes, Republic of Mauritius. Tel/Fax: +230 425 02 43

January 30, 1999 - Jorgelina Puentes We are working now with this technology in Argentina. We, and a professional who worked in Kiev, are treating different cases such as a special illness called "reitel". The Ukranian professional knows Mr. Sitkov and tells us that he is not a doctor, he is an engineer. Ing. Sitkov sells one type of machine. We can offer a new one that allows to detect the points to be treated through a scanner and a software application. We also offer the know how in english or spanish. You can contact with Prof.Mauricio Silva at msilva@arnet.com.ar

March 4, 1997 - Dr. John Myers I would like to get in touch with those who have worked with this in Kiev. Especially Dr. Sergei Sitkov. Can you give me his address?

February 16, 1997 - Jalali Please let me know if any doctors in the L.A. area are performing MRT for the duodenal ulcers. I very much appreciate your help.
