U.S. State Occupational Safety and Health Departments

The following state agencies are responsible for enforcement of state and federal OSHA regulations. OSH standards and questions of exposure are handled by state Health Departments.

  1. Alaska Occupational Safety and Health Section
    The Alaska Occupational Safety and Health Section is an office of the Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Labor Standards and Safety Division.   2. California Division of Occupational Safety and Health
    The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health is a department in the California Department of Industrial Relations.
